Time to buy Bitcoin so sentiment slowly Getting back and what I also saw here on The weekly is we do have a a bullish Divergence forming on the weekly on Bitcoin okay and what that basically Means is a higher you can see this Higher higher high over here higher low Over here and you see the lower low in The RSI here bullish diver usually means The bounce is going to be pretty strong And pretty good okay so that's a couple Of uh good waiting for Eth go to 5,000 stop it man stop Hing on E e is going to make it um this is Something that I see happening we saw Massive red any moment now AG green so Let's let's jump straight into it guys So um couple of things for the daily so Again daily stocks are reset now Remember guys the last time daily stocks Were reset was beginning of January okay Beginning of January was the last time We had U stocks reset so you basically Only have the stocks reset once a month Okay and you can see over here that we Are now at that phase again where it's a Couple weeks later and the rsis are back At the levels of oversold just meaning Again that when when we are getting Bearish and there they're selling down It's actually something you know this is Where bullishness is formed right and it Just teaches again the mentality of when We start recover and we make money back
And we do incredible again just remember That when markets are coming down it's Bullish bullish things that you're Looking for and bullish times are we're Going to buy when markets going up you Should be more bearish right so when This Market raises up again and everyone Starts to flip and and go super super Super bull again we got to sit on the Other side and say hey you're getting Drunk we're going to drink some water You know we're going to hold hold some Some cash because again all of this pain Over here showing us that it is Basically bringing those emotions out in The market it is depressing the market It is making it angry but we also know That these are the the best um emotions That smart money buys right so again in This downside here what it is giving us Is good news of a stock getting to the Bottom and that basically implies over Here that when the market is ready to go Up again not only will it be a upwards Move you actually have a upwards move That will last a couple of weeks okay so Again it just means that yes it's been Red okay for the last couple of days but When the green comes you're not going to See red for multiple weeks again okay And then the Goldfish mentality is going To kick and you're going to kind of Forget so as soon we are very near for This passing right and the big thing
This week okay is pay attention to it Because this is what a lot of people Won't pay attention to is the the the Reversals on the weekly on the high time Frame if we get a damn pin bar on this Total three it's a reversal candle it's Very much this time over here where it Flushed out the market but gave a Reversal and actually brought in um Buying power for the market to go up Again so just pay attention here look How close eth is if eth closes the end Of this week by over $2,900 you have a Pin bar on E okay on chain link you have A pin bar if we above 20.5 these are Reversal candles do not allow to shake You out they actually very good candles And again your rsis are getting near the Bottoms over there as well okay so big Weekly closes now let's go through our Views on bitcoin and show you so short Time frame remember what are we trying To see right now okay it's very clear It's the W pattern okay it means that There was a massive move to the downside The dead wreckage okay then there is a Temporary bounce which is fake and again What does that do that those that got Wrecked get annoyed that they got Wrecked so they Revenge trade okay That's why we always say if you get if You take a big smack on your portfolio Always just take a few days break right Because you're going to act really
Irrationally you're going to come back In and you're going to make of sort of Mistakes and the market knows that People do this so the moment that you Get the bounce the bounce is not a real One and any of those that are basically Upset and they have a bit of money left They come in fomo in over here because They annoyed now right they know they Got stopped out they got liquidated and Market's going up again so then what Happens is it's a fake bounce and the Market starts to trickle to the downside What it does is it traps all the buyers Okay basically gets them to quit in that Phase and this whole dump here is a trap Okay then what happens is the real Bounce happens okay so it's a w pattern So again exactly what we've been Speaking about for the last couple of Days is this pattern over here we knew That all we needed Bitcoin to do was Make a higher low and we needed to start Breaking TR Trend and as you can see Right now Bitcoin has not only made a Higher low it actually bounced on a Really good FIB which is really good it Bounced on the 618 that's good but the Next thing that's important as well is It started breaking Trends so that's a Good sign so now we're starting to get a Breakup and the main goal now is we want Bitcoin to push up to that 103 okay if so what that then then does
Is it gives us a um full W pattern That's played out good but if you zoom Out what it's basically doing then is It's actually giving you full vshape Recovery okay basically showing you that This whole dump over here has got Absorbed and the only thing that Happened in this time was an exchange of Hands okay money went from these people To these people that's all that happened Those that got panicked out they got Bought out from another bunch and then The market is ready to go up again right So again when the markets are froy later On the flush out will happen similar Things will happen again so we on a good Phase two now and the phase two now is Start to get Bitcoin back to the highs There is two big short squeeze levels so All that I want see on this pump now on Bitcoin right now this is your your Zones and I'll give you the two plays For today if we slow down now into Market open at something like this and We start making our way up right that's The first scenario second one is we just Start climbing up to this area here then We at the Important3 okay that is when we could Obviously see a shortterm rejection then Market will want to go up but this is Where the short squeeze level is at okay So meaning that trades that are Available now is way worth taking now
Now then taking it over here okay Because taking it over here you have That side you basically become a 50 50% Gambler by doing that right you got a 50 50% chance going to break out 50% chance It's going to make its way down okay Where here you're basically buying it Going into that magnet over there and This is the magnet okay then we will see From there but if we break through on This pump now we break through 103 gives Us a very high chance we could be Sitting at 10608 by Sunday right so Crazy so right now on bitcoin remember All that happened here is Bitcoin Bounced on the same level that it's Bounced seven times and big volume has Come in so I am very much on the side of It's a real bounce and it's not a fake Bounce okay don't don't get caught off Off sides so again that trend line is The important one and if we do decide to Get a bit bearish your bounce zones on Bitcoin right now are definitely at These levels over here where we bounced Yesterday between the 95 and $96,000 Zone dominance is making its way up a Little bit again okay but when I look at This big high time frame view here Bitcoin dominance okay it is getting Ready to come down the RSI does not lie Okay the RSI is flat Ling at the top Again meaning that this was a big wick That obviously was damaged to altcoins
Now what you have is the dominance going To fill liquidity and then you're going To have the distribution and the Distribution is the altcoin catchup okay So we know that Bitcoin short squeeze is Sitting at that level let's go back over Here to the Bitcoin shorts level at 103 Your altcoin shorts levels are also at Those levels so again altcoins are Little a little bit behind Bitcoin right Now so they have only just broken Trends Okay so this gives you guys some Opportunities here are a couple of trade Opportunities the first one is the eth Catchup if you a believer of a eth Catchup okay here is your trade on eth Your e between this 2,750 this 2850 okay Now what I've also done is it's it's Definitely stoploss territory you got to Put some stop losses in here right just Because we waiting for the market to Slowly make our way up just put a couple Of stops in okay just to be there in Case so I've given you guys a yellow Line over here with the stop loss we Outp put my stop loss around 2,860 okay and all that I'm doing and I Just want to teach you two sets over Here because it's important to to learn Here what I'm doing okay all that I'm Basically doing where is this over here There we go okay you see with trend Lines you got trends when the markets Are coming down you got trends when the
Market's going up when it's coming down I put a trend line to not predict the Market just to wait for it when it Breaks Trend when it breaks Trend it Means it's not doing lower highs anymore And lower lows something is going to Change right and that's you see when the Markets come down like this they are Making bullish patterns not bearish Patterns this is bearish okay when this Happens when something's going slowly up Like this and it breaks the bottom That's where the problem is where here We are making this over here once we Break this trend here it means you need To flip bull right you need to flip bull You need to focus on bull entries once You are in then what you do is you put The bottom line in and I'm just Explaining this too quickly so when you See my chart you can understand so what Did I do I put my first big Trend in From eth and I saw the little breakout Secondly what I do I take my bottom Trend here and I put it below okay and That's just basically telling me that Hey this is definitely your buy Zone and If we start losing this trend over here Just make sure you have a damn stop loss In okay just in case the market wants to Melt off you're going to be good you'll End up buying cheaper okay so it's Always just to explain don't never be Afraid to take a trade just calculate
